In this ever flexible universe we know to well how rapidly things can up and change. Likewise with changing trends, external pressures and technology it is now more important than ever to engage with customers and understand their needs. Growing technology, transport and social media has meant that customers shop around and demand new and improved products, services and offers 24/7. In this meet up we set out some of the points to look for when analyzing your customer and being proactive in the market.

Scaling your customer image!

So you have your market facing brand in place and you announce your good news via social media and any previous connections in the media, but are you maximising the opportunities presented by your brand and through PR?  Your ‘brand’ is often the first thing that potential customers see and hear about, so ensuring that you are getting the biggest bang for your buck is vital – this workshop will give you the opportunity to hear from Darrell Irwin, founder and CEO of brand agency Cre8ion, around how to maximise your brand and how it can mirror your customer’s experience.  You will also have the opportunity to ask questions of our ‘PR Panel’, in this unique opportunity to speak with a variety of media providers.

Darrell Irwin – Cre8ion

Taking the skills and wisdom from working with brands such as Levis, Stella Artois, Virgin Holidays, Zurich, Allianz, NatWest as an art director, Darrell launched Cre8ion within a charity having been inspired by some of the mission trips to Romania.  In October of 2016 Cre8ion launched out fully as a limited company and continue to help new and scaling companies tell their brand story to engage the best enquiry.

Today, their proven 360º marketing process works with schools across Bristol to global electronics companies, art galleries to property specialists, using mix of Marketing, Design, Digital, Editorial and Production.

With a growing commitment to giving people a second chance in life, their mission – ‘Using the media to finance community impact, globally’ is getting Cre8ion to explore innovative ways in deliver brands, faster, cheaper and smarter for the SME market across the world.
